Letter of Approval - Marriage

Syukur alhamdulillah, finally I have received the letter of approval for my marriage from Pejabat Agama Islam Daerah Sepang today. Yay! During the process, my heart beat faster than usual, and pray that everything is complete and submit accordingly. well yeah, if something is missing I have to get it and then come back again and it is going to delay things. Hehe.. panic attack huh?

P/S: Another 58 days more to go and yes still counting!

Something Called.. Dream House

Do you like having your own dream house by the sea, or a beach house? Or a dream house facing the lake? Yes, who wouldn't want it right? House faces the sea, listening to the waves.. or surrounded by lush greenery, so peaceful.

House by the beach
I know these two pictures we might not see it in Malaysia. Other parts of the world yes.

House by the lake
Owning a house is one of my priority. In fact, last year me and Mr. Fruitheart went house hunting. We like the place called 16 Sierra near Seri Kembangan. With lots of amenities, shopping complexes and easy access to KL, Puchong, Subang, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and Kajang. We have also went house hunting near Bandar Sungai Long (nice brick house, which both of us loves much), Semenyih (which is totally out of the list, it's too far).
I prefer landed house such as bungalows, semi-detached houses and terrace houses rather than subdivided building such as condominiums, flats, apartments and townhouses. If I can get a terrace house, I am grateful enough, and of course with compound. Need a space as well for garden. For the time being, I just can dream. When the time comes, there will be lots of options and various factors have to be taken into consideration.

I would love my living room to look something like above. Simple, nice and no need to put lots of stuff. Easy to clean. About the color, hmm.. maybe light blue and white, or red and black or red and white.. grey color in the picture also looks nice.

As for the kitchen, I prefer it to be small and fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, radio and yes the middle island with the 3 chairs just like the above. Red cabinet would be nice, or dark brown. Hmm... one day, I wish I can have it.

I couldn't find any nice pictures in the internet for master bedroom. I did saw a lot of nice master bedroom decoration in some magazines. The color combination is elegant. I love it!

Taken from Deko Bersama Eric. Elegant look!

This one looks ok

I want a bed like that

As for the kids.. they will get something like this.

This is my small man bedroom wish. Yes you may dream of it son.
Something called.. dream.. Just like Honda tag line, The Power Of Dreams.

Relationship Humor

I was surfing the net as usual for quotes. Yeah, I love quotes! Especially, when I had a little bad day where things seem not working my way but actually there is nothing wrong. I would read funny quotes. After all, laugh is the cheapest medicine, so laugh!

While I was surfing, I found these web about relationship humor. I took few from it which I found good to laugh.

Relationship Humor: A Man's Perspective
I know I'm not going to understand women. I'll never understand how you can take boiling hot wax, pour it onto your upper thigh, rip the hair out by the root, and still be afraid of a spider.

My note: That is so true!! Not just spider, flying roaches.. and worms!

Relationship Humor: Wife vs Husband
A couple drove down a country road for several miles, not saying a word. An earlier discussion had led to an argument and neither of them wanted to concede their position.

As they passed a barnyard of mules, goats, and pigs, the husband asked sarcastically, "Relatives of yours?"
"Yep," the wife replied, "in-laws."

My note: OMG! This is really war.. haha

Relationship HumorThe Silent Treatment
A man and his wife were having some problems at home and were giving each other the silent treatment. Suddenly, the man realized that the next day, he would need his wife to wake him at 5:00 AM for an early morning business flight.

Not wanting to be the first to break the silence (and lose), he wrote on a piece of paper, "Please wake me at 5:00 AM." He then left it where he knew she would find it.

The next morning, the man woke up, only to discover it was 9:00 AM and he had missed his flight. Furious, he was about to confront his wife to see why she hadn't wakened him, when he noticed a piece of paper by the bed. The paper read, "It is 5:00 AM. Wake up."

My note: Don't sleep when you're angry, and silent is not golden.

Relationship Humor: Are Computers Masculine or Feminine?
A French Teacher was explaining to her class that in French, unlike English, nouns are designated as either masculine or feminine. E.g. 'house' is feminine - 'la maison', 'Pencil' is masculine - 'le crayon'. A student asked, 'what gender is 'computer'? Instead of giving the answer, the teacher split the class into 2 groups - male and female and asked them to decide for themselves whether 'computer' should be a masculine or feminine noun. Each group was asked to give four reasons for the recommendations.

The men's group decided that computers should definitely be of the feminine gender because:
1. No one but their creator understands their internal logic.
2. The native language they use to communicate with other computers is incomprehensible to everyone else.
3. Even the smallest mistakes are stored in long-term memory for immediate later retrieval. And...
4. As soon as you make a commitment to one, you find yourself spending half your paycheck on accessories for it.

The women's group, however, concluded that computers should be masculine because:
1. In order to do anything with them, you have to turn them on.
2. They have a lot of data but still can't think for themselves.
3. They are supposed to help you solve problems, but half the time, they ARE the problem, And...
4. As soon as you commit to one, you realize that if you had waited a little longer, you could have gotten a better model.

The women won.

My note: LOL! The best one of all.

Aha, caught you smiling! Yay! I did get the attention. In relationship no matter good or bad, we should all be so lucky to experience love. Appreciate your love one.

Favourite Words and Phrases

I was in the ERL when the idea for this entry pops up on my mind. Quickly I saved it in my notes. Or else, I might forget what I want to blog today. I'm sure everyone has their favourite words or phrases they like to use everyday. Especially those couple in love. When you said it often, later it became routine.

Some even kept those mushy lovey dovey text messages/sms or post it notes. Yes, I do it. But not the post it notes! Sometimes, before bedtime.. I would read again all the sweet text messages from Mr. Fruitheart. It makes me smile. Even the simple one like.. 'Hi sayang', would just make me smile. It's amazing how a word can make your day meaningful.

These are some of my favourite words.
Good morning sayang.
Gudnite sayang.sweet dream ♥ u so much sayang *with 4 or 3 flying kiss icon*

Honey I'm home.
Sayang kat mane tuh? (Honey, where are you?)
Isn't that sweet? So what's you favourite words?

Wedding Expo

Today after work, Mr. Fruitheart and I went to wedding expo at Kompleks Kraf Kuala Lumpur, Jalan Conlay.. near Royale Chulan Hotel. It was drizzling when we reached there, and it seems like the expo was finished. Not so many people, maybe there will be a lot more during weekends.

It started on 24th July until 2 August 2010, from 10 am-8 pm (Sunday-Thursday) and 10 am-10 pm (Friday-Saturday). We were just looking around.. wondering if we could find anything interesting or something to add on our wedding day. Yeah, as always.. we got a lot of brochures.

Below are few pictures we took at the expo.

Deco for guest table
Deco for main table

Deco for 'pelamin'

I love the color combination, purple with a bit off white.. This is just sample. Noticed that the new trend for high chair. I don't fancy it much, I think it makes me look shorter.. hehe.. And yeah, Mr. Fruitheart teased me.. You are short! Huh??!! Bluek!

Another deco which include the lamp and flowers

Deco for main table as well.. A bit messy I would say
The other side of the guest table

The theme color is purple! One of my favourite color.

Deco beside 'pelamin'
The other beside 'pelamin'

The tall white chair. I like the deco.
I just love the red and black combination. Elegant!

Mr. Fruitheat likes the standing lamp but without flowers.
I like the deco! No mine not like this.

One of the nice dress

There were a lot of nice gowns and dress. Couldn't take more.. because I already have my wedding dress. Later I maybe compare and feels that it's not beautiful as what I saw today. So, just looked at it once and then forget it..

Black and White Theme - New Trend
In the old days, black are not allowed because they said it's a symbol of sadness and death. Today, I can see it's a trend. Most of the couple would choose another color to combine with black. And, it's gorgeous! You really have to know which color to use.

There are still couple who choose to wear colors like pink, purple, red, white, yellow, green and the list goes on. Not all colors suit both the bride and groom. For me, mandarin suit for Mr. Fruitheart and dress for me. Just wait until the day to come yeah if you want to see it.

I'm in a wedding mood!!

My Wedding Card Is Ready

Yesterday, I've received a text message from the wedding card shop and they informed me that my card is ready. I'll drop by the shop on this Sunday. So, maybe sometime from Monday to Sunday next week.. I can start passing it to my friends. Finally I can meet them.. wohoooo!! After few times so-called-planned-thru-facebook. Haha.

It's going to be a very busy week! Another 60 days more to go and still counting.

It's All About The Wedding

I couldn't sleep.. Well, usually on weekend I will always take a nap in the afternoon. Few hours after lunch. Plus, it's Sunday tomorrow, which is actually now.. it's almost 2 AM. My small man had long gone to dreamland..

I've been doing blog walking and surfing for wedding guest book, decoration and style for my wedding 'hantaran'. I've picked the theme color, GOLD. Still thinking another color to combined with it. Hmmm... black? cream? There's not much choice of decorations on the net that I like. Need to buy few bridal magazines next week.. I have until 8th of August to go shopping and buy few things for the wedding. After that is fasting month. Don't feel like going out and tiring myself.

As for the wedding guest book, it's not actually in wedding stuff or we plan to have it. Got an email which was forwarded to me from my friend, few wedding pictures of VIP daughter. One of the picture, they have included  a wedding guest video. Pretty interesting I said to myself.. I've been thinking of having a wedding guest book for my wedding. So I did my search and found Rosebay Creations. They provide photo guest-book service. Sent email and asked for price, still waiting for it. Hope I will get it soon and with reasonable price.

One last thing that left after the wedding should be the guest book, right? It is the one thing that you will go back to time and again to spark the memories and relive your special day.

Favourite Movie Lines

My few favourite movie lines and quotes.. I should be sleeping by now.. almost 1 am.

“I love him and I don’t care what you think. I love him for the man he wants to be and I love him for the man he almost is" ~ Jerry Maguire.. Even though I don't like the movie much, but I like the lines.

“It doesn’t matter if the guy is perfect or the girl is perfect, as long as they are perfect for each other.” ~ Good Will Hunting.. Seriously, I have not watch it!

"'s not gonna be easy. It's gonna be really hard. We're gonna have to work at this every day, but I want to do that because I want you. I want all of you, for ever, you and me, every day. Will you do something for me, please? Just picture your life for me? 30 years from now, 40 years from now? What's it look like?..." ~ The Notebook .. Watched it half way..

"... i like you very much. Just as you are." ~ Bridget Jones Diary

"Edward Cullen: I don't have the strength to stay away from you anymore." "Isabella Swan: Then don't."
~ Twilight..
I fell asleep most of the time.. but I do love the mushy lines haha

If I tell you I love you, can I keep you forever? ~ Casper .. my childhood favourite movie

P/S: What's you favourite movie lines?

My Other Half

There are some people who meet that somebody that they can never stop loving, no matter how hard they try. I wouldn't expect you to understand that, or even believe it, but trust me, there are some love that don't go away. And maybe that makes them crazy, but we should all be lucky enough to end up with somebody who has a little of that insanity. Someone who never let go. Someone who cherishes you forever.

I just love the above script from the movie Bride Wars. At the end of the movie, those lines was spoken by Candice Bergen who played as Marion St. Claire, the wedding planner.

I have someone that I met who used to be my close best friend, until now. He is the same age as me. He looks like a Chinese at first, but when he told his name, he's actually a Malay. I noticed he is a shy guy, don't talked much with girls. One day, when I was chatting with my superior he was there as well. We smiled and from there onwards I know he do talked a lot and funny too. Yeah, he talked a lot with people he knows only.

Then we became friends, sharing jokes and stories about each other. He told me, I had a trusted face. That's why he is comfortable telling me everything. Yeah, I can be trusted! Proven.. hehe.. We became closer and I have shared my stories.. well actually personal stuff with him. He is really good at giving advise and always know how to cheer me up when I feel down. It's good to know we always have a friend who can keep our secret, who can be our shoulder to cry on.

After sometime, he started showing the little 'interest-jealousy-more caring-way' of attitude. It's not that obvious, but when someone acted differently out of a sudden, you just know. At one time he said it's something that he cannot share with me. O'oooo, I said suddenly now we can't share anything anymore huh? And directly I asked him you like me? Yeah, I'm being direct. Knowing him there's no way I should hint anything. He remain silence. So I know! I like him too.. Shhhhhh.. Yeah, he already knew by now wouldn't he?

It's not a good picture to put here.. but that's all I have on my Iphone for now.

The Form Has Been Signed

I'm a little bit excited about Mr. Fruitheart which FINALLY.. his letter of bachelor confirmation has been signed. Yes! Yes! Previously, it was hard to get it, as the company wouldn't sign such thing. They should right? Other company can do, why this company cannot? Making us stress only.
And yes, tomorrow he can submit the form and get the signature and stamp then I can send to the 'imam' in my area for another signature and stamp. Then I can relax a bit about it. Sounds I'm pretty much excited and eager to get married huh? Haha.

Well, then I can think about other things and prepare much more. Another task completed.

P/S: 67 days more to go.

When Someone Need Help

Last Saturday, when I and my small man were waiting for Mr. Fruitheart, a woman sat near me and asked for help. Previously, I saw her sat at one corner and was busy with her phone. She has 4 kids who were running here and there. She was also shouting at her eldest daughter to take care of the younger brother. Seriously, the situation was a bit out of control.

She had asked me if I can lend her RM10. Her friend whom should meet her didn't show up. She told me if she knew, she wouldn't have come. At that time, I only have one note RM10 and few RM 1. I know later I can just took out from the ATM. But, instead I told her I have only RM10 too. That was my last money for the day. She looks disappointed. I do have the feeling she could be lying. She also mentioned that she forgot to bring her younger son's milk. Seriously, how could she forget?? Shouldn't she be prepared of everything? I mean for every circumstances that could might happened? Yes, I am a mother too. I will make sure and remind myself, whenever I am out with my son, I would prepared his things first.

Plus, to my astonishment, her eldest daughter stole a hairband from one of the shop!! She asked her daughter where she took it, and she mentioned at the shop nearby. She took two!! She even told her mother that no one asked her and she just took it. Oh GOD! And, when the daughter wanted to put it back after she had opened the wrapper, the mother said no need to do so. She told her, she might have to answer to the police and pay for it. Is that how you teach your children??

So, she just sat there waiting for me to give her the money. After looking at the time, and around.. I took out my purse and gave her the money. Yes, she said thanks. But I don't feel she's genuine. After she took it, she went away and her children followed her.

Sometimes, it's good to help those people in need. But, when you realized that some of them take advantages on you, you must be extra careful. There's a few people who are sincere and genuine to you. It's a reminder to myself.

Wedding Update: Not The Last Final Yet Wedding

Went To Kelab Shah Alam today, with Mr. Fruitheart, my small man and FPIL. We discussed and confirmed about the date, time, food, guests.. and we've been showed around the banquet hall. It's not that big, but can accommodate 450 guests. We've seen the stage for our 'pelamin' and the room for VIP.

Next week we will come again for food tasting during lunch time. This time around my parents will join in too. Right now, I can feel that..Yes, I have enough time to prepare it all. No need to press the panic button yet! My weekend will be fully booked with activities.

The next week which is end of July, my dress and Mr. Fruitheart mandarin suit should be ready. Also, the wedding card. I am still finding a caterer for my reception on 25/9. Hmm.. On the next week 7th August, I'll be going to Parenthots Family Day. It's free!! Just want to have some fun together with Mr. Fruitheart and my small man before the fasting month. So much to do..

We have yet to decide on the 'pelamin'. I think what Mr. Fruitheart said does makes sense to me. Our wedding was supposed to be Modern Balinese Theme. But, come to think of it.. what are actually the part in our wedding is following the theme? Dress? Food? Hall? Guest gifts? Color? If we are to mention about the 'pelamin', the one that was shown to us by the planner was simple and we kind of not liked it. Not choosy, but it's our day.. so it's better that we like it, right?

So here I am while typing this entry at the same time, looking for 'pelamin' design. Found few that I like, and will sketch it later. Scratching my head for some ideas to tell about 'HOW WE MET EACH OTHER AND FALL IN LOVE'. Why am I making this HARD!?

Me and My Lipstick

I just realized my favourite lipstick Revlon 130 Rose Velvet, which I wear most of the time.. is almost finished. Darn! Actually, I have another 2 also from the same brand; Revlon 415 Pink In The Afternoon which I adore so much (almost finished too) and Revlon 420 Pearl Blush. I used to buy Maybelline lipstick, but after I can't find my all time favourite Sandalwood beige color lipstick, I turned to Revlon - Super Lustrous. Yeah, I was stunned by Jessica Alba and Halle Berry who were the model.

So I was wondering and asked myself, how much of those I need actually? I mean the lipstick, how many colors do I have to own? All of the colors they produced? It is one of my obsession, other than high heels and lingerie.. And I think I need 5 at least. Not much eh? Haha.. need a bigger makeup bag then to keep all those stuff.

Red.. just not TOO RED (merahnye mak ngah!!). Some people might look good in red, but I don't think so it suits me. Just a light red would do.

Pink.. I adore the color!! I think it really look good on me (perasan!) When I wear pink clothes, I would wear the pink lipstick.

Light brown or nude color.. to look more natural. Sometimes, you need to look natural when you go out, that's my opinion.

Orange or light orange.. I have been trying for quite sometime to find the suitable color. Once I saw a model wearing light orange lipstick and she looks stunning. Not sure if it looks good on my lips. We can try soon.

Here are my small collection of makeup things, which lipstick conquer more. I think most woman need lipstick in their bag, or lip gloss maybe. I don't fancy lip gloss much, it still makes me pale. A good lipstick is all that is needed to transform your face and make you look instantly seductive and sexy. But, it also depends on your skin tone and if it looks perfect on you. Just don't wear black or white lipstick. It's ugly!

I don't wear eyeshadow or mascara or blusher too. I am not crazy about makeup like some people haha.. I put on some moisturizer, powder, lip gloss and lipstick. That should do it. And, I'm done. Maybe, just maybe.. I could try something different once in a while.

Here is my small makeup bag which I got it for free when I bought a shoe from Bata. 5 years already!

Women And High Heels

High heels are for woman. In my opinion, of all the different types of women footwear, it is high heels that are without doubt the sexiest. It all started in high school when I saw a lady sitting on the bench waiting for a bus, wearing red high heels. I was like.. wow! I should really get one of those when I grow up.

Today on my way to work, I heard this tap tap tap walking down the escalator. I always have this assumption that only beautiful gorgeous lady would only eligible to wear high heels. No offence to others yea. And yes, she is gorgeous!! With red heels, slim long legs. I admire the way she walks, seriously it takes a woman's confidence and assurance to be comfortable in them and aware that they are a focus of men's gazes and glances. Not just men! Women too sometimes.

I have to admit, when I wear high heels it gives me the satisfaction and bring out the confidence in me. I feel elegant and attractive although other people might say no. I don't care! What matters is, how I feel. I have a few high heels which not more than 3 inch, and I should get more!

Mr. Fruitheart.. I wish for a red high heels, please can you buy for me? Manolo Blahnik perhaps.

I'm Sorry

Sorry.. If I had caused any pain in the *** or being rude to anyone, I am truly sorry. I know I get carried away. It will be just good, if I didn't say anything. I will keep remind myself that if I can't say anything nice in a conversation, I will remain silent. Sometimes, it's better to left unsaid.

“I don't know if I continue, even today, always liking myself. But what I learned to do many years ago was to forgive myself. It is very important for every human being to forgive herself or himself because if you live, you will make mistakes- it is inevitable. But once you do and you see the mistake, then you forgive yourself and say, 'well, if I'd known better I'd have done better,' that's all. So you say to people who you think you may have injured, 'I'm sorry,' and then you say to yourself, 'I'm sorry.' If we all hold on to the mistake, we can't see our own glory in the mirror because we have the mistake between our faces and the mirror; we can't see what we're capable of being. You can ask forgiveness of others, but in the end the real forgiveness is in one's own self. I think that young men and women are so caught by the way they see themselves. Now mind you. When a larger society sees them as unattractive, as threats, as too black or too white or too poor or too fat or too thin or too sexual or too asexual, that's rough. But you can overcome that. The real difficulty is to overcome how you think about yourself. If we don't have that we never grow, we never learn, and sure as hell we should never teach.” ~~ Maya Angelou quotes (American Poet, b.1928)

Been Away On A Remote Island

Hola my blog. I've been away since Friday night until Sunday.. reached home around 1245AM. That should be considered as Monday morning already right? Oh well, doesn't matter because I'm not driving. Slept all the way back home.

Poor Mr. Fruitheart had to drive from Mersing to KL. Yeah, I've been to Tioman Island with 2 other friends and Mr. Fruitheart as well. Stayed there for 2 days and 1 night at Panuba Inn. Love the beach!! And corals and fishes and the blue green sea.. oh I'm so loving it. This was the first time ever, I saw turtle in front of me!! It's not huge, and sorry I don't know what type of turtle it was. It's the most wonderful experience. I couldn't upload any pictures, the camera is still with Mr. Fruitheart. Maybe soon.

Right now, after I am done with this entry. I will collapsed on the bed. Exhausted.

Wedding Wish List

The wedding ceremony is enjoyed by whole reception. Everyone not just the bride and groom are enjoying the moment. The flowers, cakes, wedding gifts the music favors all contribute in making this moment magical. Adding to that, I have made my wedding wish list. I know it's not in our Malay culture and not practised by us, it's just for fun. Should be thankful if I do get one from the list.

Philip Garment Steamer
Philip Home Theater
LG Red Scarlet LCD TV
PSP (for my small man) hehe
Jean Perry Bedsheet and Quilt Cover Set

That's the little list for now.. I think. Somehow I do feel there's a lot that I want. Oh well.. will update it soon.

Bon Appetite

Late in the evening around 6.00PM, both me and Mr. Fruitheart went to Outback Steakhouse near Low Yat Plaza. First time I went there. There's not many people when we reached there. I'm starving. Yes again I skipped my lunch. Had only tuna bread. No wonder I'm not gaining any weight. LOL!

So here's a bit of pictures for viewing pleasure.

See how cheeky he is!!

It is indeed best restaurant! I'm loving it! We would definitely come again.

My food  - Chicken On The Barbie
After it came, I don't know where the Barbie is haha

This was what Mr. Fruitheart had ordered. I forgot to take the picture. I took it from the web.

Germany Defeated and Paul The Octopus

Germany was defeated by Spain 1-0 in the semi finals early this morning. So sad. I really hope they can go to final, but it's just not their luck this time. They played very well previously and don't know what happened today. Is it that they are way too confident they're going to win? I've heard my friends said the game was not as good as when they trashed England and Argentina. So what's wrong?? I couldn't think about it. Have lots of other things to think about. So I ended up my world cup madness until semi final only. We shall meet again in 2014.

For both Holland and Spain, the best of luck!

So who's famous now in Google and Yahoo search? Paul The Octopus. At first when I saw few of my friends commented in facebook about octopus, I was blur and lost. What's the connection between this octopus and world cup anyway? So I have googled it and found this.

Aha! So the octopus had predicted Spain will win the game with Germany. It was right. It also predict that Argentina loss to Germany the other day. So it did it again! Damn! I hate the octopus!! News said, Paul, a brilliant German octopus.. so how come it chooses Spain againts it's own country?? It should be sent out of Germany for sure, if I'm the Prime Minister.

The funny thing is, how everyone loves the octo when it predict Spain will win and how the Germany fans hated it until they want to chooped it, cooked it (sambal - Malaysian food), grilled it, sushied it.. fried, barbequed and the list go on. So next 4 years, we don't have to choose our fave team. Just let the octo chooses who will go to final.. fullstop. Everybody's happy.

Here's some news about Paul The Octopus:
Germany's 'Octopus oracle' keeps perfect record

BERLIN (AFP) - – It won't come as much of a consolation to heartbroken German fans, but at least Paul, Germany's now world-famous "Octopus oracle", has maintained his perfect record.

The "psychic" creature has correctly predicted all six of Germany's World Cup games and, amid excruciating drama broadcast live on national television on Tuesday, plumped for Spain, causing anguish up and down the country.

And the eight-legged soccer soothsayer was spot on Wednesday, as Carles Puyol's semi-final header shattered Germany's dreams of winning their fourth World Cup.

Two plastic boxes, one with a German flag and one with a Spanish, were lowered into Paul's tank at an aquarium in western Germany, each with a tasty morsel of food inside.

The box which Paul opens first is adjudged to be his predicted winner.

But with classic fickleness, German fans turned against their beloved octopus after he forecast a Spanish win.

According to "Der Western" daily paper, there have been "a host of comments on Facebook, Twitter ... suggesting Paul should be fried, barbequed or turned into a seafood salad or paella."

"Others wanted to throw him into the shark tank," the paper reported on its website.

And on Berlin's "fan-mile", some sections of the crowd also turned against their former hero. Anti-octopus songs were sung.

Yes, another world cup madness!!

An Undefinable Something

Deciding whether or not to trust a person is like deciding whether or not to climb a tree, because you might get a wonderful view from the highest branch, or you might simply get covered in sap, and for this reason many people choose to spend their time alone and indoors, where it is harder to get a splinter. ~ Lemony Snicket

The day when I felt that everyone around me betrayed me and I don't trust anyone. I've learned my mistakes, some people could not be trusted. Sometimes I wonder, how do I decide whether this person can or cannot be trusted? Is it until they broke my trust then I stop talking to them?

Assuming that if people are like us, then they will both think and act in the same way as us. This allows us to predict how they will behave, including how trustworthy they are. Similarity allows us to transfer our beliefs about ourselves to the other person. I’m a nice person and they are like me, then they must be nice too. And as I am trustworthy, so also must they be trustworthy. But it's not actually.. I can choose to trust you, and you can choose to trust me, but neither requires the other.

There goes again.. my undefinable something.. dreamland time.. hope I will be ok tomorrow. I'll think of something sweet.. like Mr. Fruitheart said.
