Do you have any phobia? I do. And it is called ATELOPHOBIA. What is atelophobia?

From wiki - Atelophobia is the fear of not being good enough or imperfection. Atelophobia is classified as an anxiety disorder that can affect relationships and makes the person afflicted by atelophobia feel like everything they do is wrong.

I took a test to see how severe my phobia and here is the result:

"Looking at your results we would categorize any feelings of atelophobia you have as Moderate. Thinking about, or worse the reality of imperfection, has you feeling bad, fast.

You probably do your best to avoid situations where this may come up, and really hate it when it does.

Moderate atelophobia can be insidious because while often it is not so severe as to be a clear and present problem needing immediate action, it can affect your behavior and effectiveness across a wide range of activities. We often hear from clients in this category who have subtly – or not so subtly – changed their actions and because of this the accumulated result over time has been dramatic. The underlying anxiety can affect your ability to contribute at home and in your community as well.

Clients with moderate atelophobia are typically able to overcome the problem rapidly provided that they are committed to making the change."

P/S: Thank God it's moderate. I don't intend to get help with this, just taking the test to see how I am and as long as it is not serious, I will be OK.
